First, the short version

Let’s be honest, researching orthodontists probably wasn’t the plan for today. So here it is, up front: Dr. Sudit treats every patient himself. Families have rated us 4.9 stars across more than 260 Google reviews. Minneapolis – St. Paul Magazine has named him a Top “Dentist” nine years running. And your first consult is free, in person or over video.

Everything below is just the supporting evidence.

Practically neighbors

Our office is in Linden Hills. We see Edina families all year: skating at Centennial Lakes, a hockey season that somehow never ends, endless activities at Pamela park, the back-to-school scramble when everyone’s schedule detonates at once.

Wherever your year is headed, we’re on the way.

For Edina families

If your calendar runs on the school year, a Hornet, a middle-schooler, a kindergartner, or one of each, we get it, and we’ve built our scheduling around it. And if your kids cross the line into a Minneapolis school, the drive is the same and so is the welcome.

Here’s the part parents appreciate most: Dr. Sudit is the one treating your child. Not a rotating cast of associates who forgot your name since the last appointment.

One more thing worth knowing: most kids should have a first orthodontic evaluation by about age 7. Half the time the honest answer is “come back in a year,” and we’ll happily say so.

For adults (no kids required)

Been putting this off? So has every adult patient we’ve ever met. Whether you’re commuting downtown or working the 494 corridor, Invisalign lets you straighten your teeth without it becoming the first thing people notice in meetings. Change your smile, not your lifestyle.

The office fits the bill too: a dedicated adults-only space, calm and quiet, with not a Bluey cartoon in sight (even though we love Bandit).

The first step is a free virtual consult: about fifteen minutes, from your couch, no afternoon cleared.

iTero digital scanner used for impression-free 3D scans

Tech nerd alert

No gooey impressions here. Just a quick, comfortable digital scan, and we mean quick. Also Dr. Sudit treats with LightForce: braces 3D-printed for your exact teeth instead of pulled from a catalog, so your plan is mapped from day one rather than figured out as you go. One size fits one. And not just the hardware, the whole treatment is planned around you, down to where appointments fit in your week.

The payoff, in numbers: 25% faster treatment. 30% fewer office visits. 110% patient service.

And if the technology ever gets between you and a great result, it’s a hard no from us.

Free Consultation

Your consult is free, in person or virtual. Most dental insurance plans include some orthodontic coverage; we’ll review your benefits and explain exactly what’s covered before anything begins. If you need a payment plan, we’ll build one around your budget. No surprises, no fine print.

Frequently asked questions

How far is Mint from Edina?

3-5 minutes from 50th & France to our Linden Hills office, and an easy drive from Morningside, Country Club, and the Southdale area alike.

My kids go to school at Blake or Breck, not Edina. Are you still convenient?

Yes. Plenty of our families live in the Edina area and go to school somewhere else. The drive doesn’t check enrollment.

Can appointments work around the school day?

That’s the idea. We’ll schedule around classes, practices, and rehearsals so treatment doesn’t run your family’s calendar.

When should my child first see an orthodontist?

By about age 7 for a first evaluation. Often the honest answer is “not yet,” and we’ll tell you exactly that.

My kid plays hockey. Can they still get braces?

Yes. Braces and a proper mouthguard are a fine team, and around here we’ve had plenty of practice setting skaters up right.

Do you offer Invisalign for teens and adults?

Both. Clear aligners for anyone who’d rather skip the metal, and LightForce custom braces for anyone who needs or prefers brackets.

Does insurance cover braces or Invisalign?

Most dental plans include some orthodontic coverage. We’ll review your benefits at the free consult and lay out the costs plainly before you decide anything. Insurances don’t distinguish between braces or Invisalign, it’s simply orthodontic coverage.

Is the consult really free?

Really. In person at our Linden Hills office or over video from your couch — no strings, no pressure, no fine print.
