My student goes to Hopkins High School. Is Mint still “near me”?
Dr Sudit’s alma mater! Yes. It’s about 15-20 minutes away. We schedule around the school day, sports, and activities either way.
Will braces get in the way of the lake or the rink?
No. Swimming, skating, hockey, braces don’t mind any of it, and Invisalign comes out when it needs to. We’ll help you pick the option that fits how your family actually spends the year.
When should a child first see an orthodontist?
By about age 7 for a first evaluation. Often the honest answer is “wait a year,” and we’ll say exactly that.
Do you offer Invisalign for teens and adults?
Both. Clear aligners for anyone who’d rather skip the metal, and LightForce custom braces for anyone who needs or prefers brackets.
Does insurance cover braces or Invisalign?
Most dental plans include some orthodontic coverage. We’ll review your benefits at the free consult and lay out the numbers plainly before you decide anything. Insurances don’t distinguish between braces or Invisalign, it’s simply orthodontic coverage.
