How long does Invisalign treatment take?
It depends – your teen’s smile is unique! But for most, the VPro™ device used to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement cuts a teen’s Invisalign or clear braces treatment time by about half. Generally speaking, the duration varies depending on the severity of dental misalignment.
The Invisalign aligners need to be worn at least twice every 24 hours, without exception. If your teen does not wear the trays for the recommended hours a day it might lead to longer treatment times.
Before a teenager begins their teeth straightening journey with Invisalign Teen, Dr. Sudit will advise them in the consultation on how long it should take to straighten their teeth.

Metal braces are so last century! There has been so much advancement in both braces and Invisalign treatment that metal braces are simply still used because they are inexpensive.
